Mar 01, 2019 · Thanks for the reply, but my issue is to do with Windows 10 "Internet Connection Sharing." As in I have no ethernet access or wifi access on my pc. I use the laptop's connection to access the internet. The laptop works well, but the pc does not. I'm not sure what is throttling the flow from the laptop.
